Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Engineer (Mechanical/Industrial/Metallurgical/Electrical/Fluid) to supervise, control, and ensure quality in metal-mechanical installations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and control of metal-mechanical installations 2. Ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards 3. Problem resolution and coordination of work teams FIEMSA SAC, a Peruvian company with over 20 years of experience in the metal-mechanical industry. We specialize in the development of designs, fabrication, and construction of mineral and industrial plants, including civil works. We are currently recruiting for the position of ***RESIDENT ENGINEER (CONSTRUCTION) (MECHANICAL/INDUSTRIAL/METALLURGICAL/ELECTRICAL/FLUID):*** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the installation of metal structures and equipment, and monitor progress of activities. * Prepare daily reports and track progress using S-curves. * Verify correct installation and alignment of components, and conduct inspections to ensure work quality. * Control the use of tools and materials, manage logistics, and coordinate work teams. * Apply safety standards and technical specifications, and ensure adherence to proper assembly procedures. * Resolve issues arising during assembly, adapt to working conditions, and make adjustments as necessary. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Graduate, licensed, and registered professional engineer in ***(MECHANICAL/INDUSTRIAL/METALLURGICAL/ELECTRICAL/FLUID)*** Engineering. * Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in resident engineering and conveyor belt installation roles. * Training and Knowledge: Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, design software, Navisworks, and Inventor. * Skills and Attitudes: Responsibility, organization, objectivity, sense of belonging, decision-making ability, negotiation skills, initiative, assertive communication, leadership, teamwork, and coordination. * Must be in good physical condition.
