IT ALL STARTS WITH YOU. **In this role, you will be responsible for:** Converting market information and field findings into recommendations and action plans that drive sales, point-of-sale execution, and market share within the Traditional Channel. Additionally: * Analyze commercial, sales, distribution, execution, and market share data to identify growth opportunities and business risks. * Transform data from internal and external sources (Nielsen, Kantar, and others) into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. * Design, implement, and monitor action plans aimed at improving channel execution, distribution, visibility, and performance. * Conduct periodic visits to markets, warehouses, and points of sale to validate opportunities, monitor initiatives, and understand market dynamics. * Manage and optimize budgets allocated to visibility and commercial execution plans. * Monitor performance indicators and evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives to ensure sustainable results. * Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to translate strategy into effective point-of-sale execution. **To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. * 2\+ years of experience in commercial analysis, sales, trade marketing, retail execution, or business intelligence. * Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies is preferred. * Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus. * Ability to interpret data and convert it into business recommendations and action plans. * Willingness to conduct fieldwork and occasional domestic travel. * Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with cross-functional teams. * Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and results orientation. **Guided by purpose.
