Participant support and follow-up during training activities On behalf of the **Institute for Quality**, we are seeking 1 **Open Training Programs Assistant** who meets the following profile: **Position Mission:** Coordinate and ensure the efficient execution of processes associated with the Institute’s open training services, guaranteeing the timely development of diplomas, programs, courses, and other academic offerings delivered in both in-person and remote modalities. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, implement, and organize open-call diplomas, programs, and courses (continuing education activities), from planning and execution through to closure, certification, and graduation, where applicable. * Manage logistical and operational aspects required for the proper development of programs, including classroom allocation, materials, coffee breaks, instructor recruitment and payment, among others. * Facilitate and maintain communication between participants and academic and administrative departments, providing continuous support throughout the delivery of training services. * Conduct ongoing monitoring of training deliverables to ensure optimal academic, operational, logistical, and participant satisfaction outcomes. * Address and resolve participant inquiries, requests, incidents, and complaints promptly during the implementation and closure phases of training deliverables. * Ensure adherence to quality standards in participant service and in administrative support processes linked to training services. * Prepare, consolidate, and monitor the information and documentation necessary for the appropriate implementation, control, and closure of continuing education activities. * Perform other related or complementary duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of responsibility. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, or related fields. * One year of experience in continuing education. * One year of experience in the education sector.
