Job Summary: We are seeking an Odoo Developer and Integrations specialist to optimize business operations through technological solutions and process automation. Key Highlights: 1. Odoo module development and customization At Novaris, we are looking for an Odoo Developer and Integrations professional with experience in Python, APIs, and process automation to help us optimize company operations using technological solutions. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing processes across different departments, identifying manual tasks, and developing Odoo-based solutions to automate, integrate, and improve internal information and process management. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Odoo according to company requirements. Develop and modify Odoo modules, fields, views, permissions, and functionalities. Create automations using Python. Integrate Odoo with external platforms via APIs and webhooks. Manage and optimize the integration between Shopify and Odoo. Automate sales, procurement, inventory, warehouse, CRM, and other departmental processes. Map and synchronize data across different systems. Identify improvement opportunities and replace manual processes with technological solutions. Develop SQL queries, reports, and dashboards in Power BI. Automate management or KPI reports in Power BI or other tools. Document all developments and integrations performed. Requirements Technical degree, Bachelor's degree, or diploma in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Experience in technical and functional Odoo or other ERP systems. Python and Odoo module development (or other ERP systems). REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and JSON. SQL and database management. Git. Knowledge of integrations and process automation. Desirable: Knowledge of Odoo, ERP, Shopify, Power BI, Power Query, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, WhatsApp, Make, n8n, and AI-powered software development. Working Conditions Location: Comas (Near Real Plaza de Pro) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Compensation: S/ 2,000 to S/ 2,500 Payroll: MYPE Regime \- Microenterprise If you have experience in Odoo, Python, integrations, and process automation, we invite you to apply and join our team.
