We are looking for a dynamic and proactive waiter/waitress to join our team at OHASHI MAKI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that diners enjoy a pleasant and unique experience. Additionally, they must collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment. Responsibilities: Take customer orders accurately, guaranteeing satisfaction with their sauce and dish selections. Serve food and beverages according to quality and presentation standards. Ensure customers have everything they need during their meal (cutlery, napkins, additional drinks, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and order at tables and in common areas of the restaurant. Resolve customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally. Ensure customers enjoy an exceptional experience by recommending dishes or sauces according to their preferences. Requirements: With or without experience in the food industry. Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-service oriented. Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure. Good personal appearance and communication skills. Basic knowledge of food and beverages, especially related to JAPANESE CUISINE (not essential).
