Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and train personnel, plan routes, optimize time, and ensure performance in service-related activities. Key Highlights: 1. P Requirements: * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license (fuel and maintenance allowance provided) * Completed technical degree in electricity, electronics, refrigeration, or related fields (preferred) * Preferably, prior experience performing preventive/corrective equipment maintenance or working with fast-moving consumer goods * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Senior Technician, or Supervisor carrying out administrative tasks and supervising delivery/distribution personnel or similar roles * Willingness to travel to supervise peripheral routes in Chimbote, Cajamarca, Huaraz, and Trujillo Work Location: * 30% office-based (Trujillo) / Offices in Moche: Ramal Highway \- La Esperanza, No. 1638, Sec. SUN Curve \- La Libertad * 70% field supervision (Trujillo, Chimbote, Huaraz, and Cajamarca) Working Hours: * Unsupervised schedule * Start time at 5:30 AM until completion of route activities Responsibilities: * Continuously train and develop service leaders on correct execution of processes to ensure proper machine replenishment * Plan and control optimal route sheets to maximize operational efficiency * Maintain assertive communication and build trust to effectively monitor progress of team members' activities * Provide appropriate tools (cleaning kits, pricing information, etc.) for efficient execution * Ensure collaborator performance and route productivity * Train new personnel * Cover operational staff vacations We Offer: * Fixed salary \+ commission per service route * Formal employment registration with full statutory benefits \+ profit-sharing \+ annual salary increases * Fuel/toll subsidies for route-related work * Internal consumption card worth S/7.50 per day * Per diems when travel requirements apply
