P MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN **REQUIREMENTS:** * Electrical Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Industrial Mechanic * Minimum 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician. * Availability to work 8-hour shifts, rotating weekly among the three shifts: Morning, Afternoon, and Early-Morning. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Repair equipment operational issues during the assigned shift to ensure equipment reliability. * Record shift-related incidents in the SAP system and report equipment failures to the Supervisor for timely identification. * Inspect and/or ensure the supply of auxiliary services for production and packaging operations. * Inspect and/or communicate pending tasks to guarantee operational continuity of production lines. * Ensure and/or execute compliance with SIG standards in all activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety. * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and similar initiatives to foster a culture of excellence in our processes, aligned with company needs, procedures, and policies. * Provide support in additional duties delegated by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Offer includes: Formal employment registration + Base salary (General Regime) + Statutory benefits + Company-provided benefits. * Dynamic, high-pressure, and team-based work.
