




Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Supervisor with experience in critical risk management and regulatory compliance to oversee the physical integrity of personnel at service stations and construction sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead safety supervision at service stations and construction sites. 2. Manage and investigate incidents using standard methodologies. 3. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and ISO standards. A leading company in the sector is looking to incorporate an **OHS Supervisor** with solid experience in critical risk management and regulatory compliance. The primary objective will be to supervise and guarantee the physical integrity of personnel during service station operations and construction projects. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Occupational Risk Specialization (minimum 80 hours)**, certifications for high-risk activities (heights, confined spaces, hot work, electrical energy, load lifting, excavations, LOTO). * **Experience:** Proven field supervision and occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) experience. * **Regulations:** In-depth knowledge of current OHS legislation and technical standards for storage/commercialization of **liquid fuels**. * **ISO Standards:** Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015\. * **Digital Tools:** Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio) and **Power BI** for indicator reporting. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site compliance with safety protocols at service stations and construction sites. * Lead incident investigations using standard methodologies. * Manage and report performance indicators using Power BI and Office tools. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and the organization's ISO standards. Coordinate and validate permits for high-risk work
