Experience: * Minimum 4 years’ experience in mining. * 3 years’ experience in blasting. * Degree and professional registration as a Mining Engineer or related discipline. * Basic knowledge: cost analysis and the Mine-to-Mill process. * Intermediate knowledge: rock blasting design and execution, data science and programming (Power BI), PowerApps proficiency. * Advanced knowledge: specialized blasting software (Blastware, Microtrap, Thor, JK Simblast, Paradigm, DAS, OpitBlast), English language. * Advanced knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience in management and continuous improvement processes. * Class A2B driver’s license held for at least two years.
