




Job Summary: We are seeking a Mining Operations Supervisor to lead and control operations in an underground mine, ensuring production output and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily operations supervision and control in underground mining. 2. Coordination of operational activities and compliance with standards. 3. Proposal of improvements to operational processes. On behalf of our client, a small-scale mining company, we are looking for a Mining Operations Supervisor with the following profile: Professional Profile: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in underground mining operations. Experience in mining project management and execution. Strong knowledge of short-term operational planning and control. Familiarity with mining safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. Proficiency in production and performance indicators. Proficiency in mining software (Desirable: AutoCAD, Deswik, MinePlan or others). Areas of Responsibility: Supervise and control daily underground mining operations, ensuring adherence to the production plan. Coordinate execution of operational activities (e.g., drilling, blasting, hauling, ground support). Verify field compliance with safety and occupational health standards. Monitor and report production indicators, progress, and deviations. Propose operational process improvements to optimize time and resources.
