




Job Summary: We are seeking an OSH Documentation Assistant for the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) department, responsible for document management and administrative support. Professional development in a mining environment On behalf of our client—a company engaged in mineral exploration and exploitation—we are looking for OSH Documentation Assistants with the following profile: Requirements University graduate in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Certified knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS). Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Desirable: familiarity with IPERC, ATS, and document management. Basic-to-intermediate Power BI skills (desirable). Willingness to work at a mining camp—Santiago de Chuco. Main Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date physical and digital SG-OSH documentation. Organize and manage baseline and ongoing IPERC assessments. Administer PETS, ATS, legal matrices, and departmental documentation. Control document and procedure versions. Prepare documentation for internal and external audits. Update performance indicators (KPIs). Record trainings, accidents, and incidents in databases. Coordinate training schedules and associated document tracking. Manage attendance lists, records, and certificates. Provide administrative support to the OSH department. Working Conditions On-site work mode. Full-time schedule.
