




**REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor's degree or graduate of Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering programs. · Chemical Engineer desirable. · 02 years of verifiable experience as a plant supervisor or in a similar position in industrial production plants or calcination plants, with experience in personnel management (minimum 30 people), knowledge of crushing and grinding processes. · Intermediate knowledge of MS Office · Specialization in planning, production control, and personnel management, or related fields, · Course in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (IPERC), · Hazardous Materials (Warning Level). Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills **FUNCTIONS:** · Plan, coordinate, and submit requests for goods and/or services required for different plant areas for the following month on the Exxis platform. · Review consolidated requests to ensure inclusion in the purchasing plan. · Validate internal and/or external goods and service settlements. · Prepare and upload process indicators within the established deadline. · Timely request meetings with the Unit Manager or Operations Manager for decision-making and approvals. · Plan and request hiring of new personnel, coordinate with the responsible department according to projected needs, ensure selection and induction into their area. · Submit improvement project proposals to the Unit Manager, Operations Manager, and General Management aimed at optimizing the production process to adequately meet demand for quicklime and derived products. · Evaluate, through management indicators, the progress of the Operational Plan of the unit under their responsibility, periodically reporting to the Operations Manager each monthly period with necessary and sufficient information regarding goals and objectives achieved during the management period. · Evaluate the performance of personnel under their supervision regarding productivity, objectives, and results achieved, proposing training and development plans for their professional growth benefiting the company. · Ensure protection of company information entrusted to them. · Participate in and enforce compliance with Quality, Safety and Health at Work, and Environmental programs and/or plans (e.g., schedules for meetings, trainings, drills, and others). · Comply with and promote adherence to Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental objectives, ensuring the Integrated Management System achieves intended results, promoting continuous improvement.
