We are currently seeking top talents to work as: COOK / KITCHEN ASSISTANT in mining camps. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education, proven experience and/or technical studies in gastronomy or related fields. * Minimum 1 year or 6 months of experience in kitchen, production, or related areas. * Preferably with experience in food concessionaires. * Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule at a mining camp. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare various sauces and dressings used in final dishes. * Prepare food for different meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner). * Assist in preparing special dishes, diets, and buffets as planned. * Properly record raw materials and products (disinfection, thawing, cooking) according to established procedures. * Label raw materials and products correctly, considering shelf life times specified in the raw material and finished product shelf life chart. * Comply with quality, safety, occupational health, environmental, and social responsibility management system guidelines. * Fulfill other responsibilities inherent to the position.
