Professional development in construction project administration \- **Job Objective:** To efficiently manage and control administrative, financial, logistical, and documentary processes on site, ensuring proper resource management, compliance with internal procedures, and timely support for project execution. \- **Academic Qualifications** \- Graduate professional in: Administration / Accounting / Economics / Industrial Engineering / Related fields, duly licensed and registered with the corresponding professional association. \- **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction site or construction project administration. * Administrative and documentary control. * Warehouse and Kardex management. * Cost and budget control. * Personnel and logistics management. * Coordination with suppliers and contractors. \- **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain and monitor the documentary file of site personnel. * Monitor physical warehouse stock levels and verify movements recorded in the Kardex. * Track the material and service procurement schedule, coordinating timely actions with suppliers. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the site’s administrative support. * Coordinate payments to suppliers, personnel, and services related to the project. * Control and record administrative documentation, valuations, purchase orders, and requisitions. \- **Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Analytical ability. * Working under pressure. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. **Work Location:** La Libertad, Huamachuco, El Pallar.
