**Required Education:** * Degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields **Experience:** * One (1) year of experience performing SSOMA Safety Officer duties in buildings or civil works * Experience preparing SSOMA documentation for **construction projects (Standard G050)** **Knowledge:** * Tools and techniques for effective safety and health management * SSOMA implementation in construction projects * Knowledge of current legal regulations: Law No. 29783 and its Supreme Decree No. 005-2012-TR, “Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health” * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency * Proficiency in report writing and presentation **Other Requirements:** * Availability to work both onsite and in the office * Willingness to travel provincially (occasionally) **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring compliance with Law No. 29783, “Occupational Safety and Health Law”, and implementing SSOMA management tools across assigned projects * Updating, reviewing, submitting, and tracking occupational safety and health (OSH) documentation in accordance with Law No. 29783 and supplementary standards applicable to construction projects * Establishing safety standards and procedures aligned with the company’s safety policies * Ensuring compliance with safety conditions to safeguard the lives and physical integrity of company employees and contractors * Promoting a culture of occupational risk prevention * Measuring (through field inspections) and periodically evaluating performance against occupational safety and health policies and procedures * Tracking recommendations and observations regarding OSH matters issued to contractors * Attending meetings with clients’ SSOMA representatives * Supporting supervision and verification of fire door installation quality **Benefits:** * Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment * General labor regime * Social benefits payment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: PEN 2,200.00 – PEN 2,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you a registered professional member of your respective professional association?
