Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to implement plans, manage training programs, and ensure compliance with procedures in industrial operations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in SSOMA supervision in industrial operations 2. Management of SSOMA plan and matrix implementation 3. Coordination of SSOMA requirements with clients Requirements: * Degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Licensed and registered with the corresponding professional association. * Minimum 5 years of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor in industrial operations, refineries, chemical plants, hydrocarbons, or related sectors. * Standard work regime of 48 hours per week in hybrid mode, with 3 days per week on-site. * Work location: Ventanilla Responsibilities: * Implementation of the service's SSOMA plan. * Development and updating of IPERC matrices. * Conducting safety inspections. * Managing training programs. * Monitoring SSOMA performance indicators. \+ * Investigating incidents. * Verifying compliance with safe work procedures. * Coordinating client SSOMA requirements.
