At least **5 years of experience as a TWI in civil works**. **Technical knowledge:** Supervision of **civil works in SSEE and LAT**, control of **compaction, concrete, foundations, and steel structures**. Experience in **works near energized circuits** and soil control. Knowledge of **labor and civil construction standards**. Proficiency in **Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD** for project planning and control.
