An important Piura-based company dedicated to bakery and pastry production is looking for an **Operations Supervisor** who meets the following job profile: **FUNCTIONS:** * Schedule preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. * Plan and schedule equipment and facility maintenance. * Supervise and coordinate the work of the operations area. * Keep technical records updated (daily activity logs, work orders, ATS, equipment maintenance reports). * Control the use and supply of materials in the area. * Monitor and supervise compliance with working hours and overtime generated by the operations area. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University studies in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum **6 months** of experience in the position. **(ESSENTIAL)** * Good attitude, commitment, and responsibility. * **Possession of a sanitation card (optional).** **BENEFITS:** * Career growth opportunities. * Payroll inclusion with all legal benefits.
