Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional to manage, implement, and maintain the company's technological infrastructure and information systems, ensuring operational continuity and security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage technological infrastructure and information systems. 2. Implement technological improvements and digitalization projects. 3. Ensure operational continuity and information security. **We are excited to provide you with opportunities to grow.** Requirements: * University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate diploma or specialization in Information Technology Management. * Certifications in infrastructure and networking (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS – preferred). * Training in cybersecurity. * Courses in ERP administration (SAP, Oracle, or others). * Knowledge of industrial automation or system integration (preferred). * Minimum 3\-5 years in similar positions. * Experience in industrial, agro-industrial, or food companies (preferred). * Experience in ERP implementation or support. * Network, server, and system administration. * Technical support to end users. * Databases (SQL or others). * Information security. * ERP and enterprise management systems. * Data analysis and visualization tools. * System integration and basic automation. Responsibilities: * Manage, implement, and maintain the company’s technological infrastructure and information systems, ensuring operational continuity, information security, and efficient support to production and administrative departments, thereby contributing to the company’s digital transformation and process optimization. * Administer technological infrastructure (servers, networks, communications, hardware, and software). * Guarantee availability and continuity of critical systems (ERP, production control, inventory, logistics). * Provide technical support to plant and office users (help desk). * Manage and supervise technology vendors and IT service providers. * Implement technological improvements and digitalization projects (automation, traceability, system integration). * Administer ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others) and ensure their proper operation. * Manage information security (access controls, backups, cybersecurity policies). * Ensure database integrity and availability. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of technological equipment. * Develop reports and dashboards (Power BI or other tools). * Support integration of production systems (readers, sensors, traceability systems). * Participate in internal and external audits related to systems and information security. * Train users on the use of systems and technological tools. * In case of absence, will be replaced by the IT Manager. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
