Direct experience in construction supervision environments. **Join DECHINI’s team as a TECHNICAL ASSISTANT!** We are seeking a professional in **Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering** to join the technical team of an upcoming **industrial cold plant project in Lambayeque**. We seek a candidate with experience in **industrial construction, site supervision, or on-site technical assistance**, ability to prepare technical reports, and willingness to work directly on-site. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES?** * Join the project supervision team. * Provide technical support for on-site activities. * Participate in tracking the project’s technical information. * Prepare technical reports related to construction progress and monitoring. * Assist in organizing and controlling technical documentation. **THE PROFILE WE SEEK:** * A professional in **Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering**. * Minimum **3 years of general experience and 2 years in similar roles**. * Experience in **industrial construction, site supervision, or on-site technical assistance**. * Proficiency in **advanced Office software and preparation of technical reports**.
