Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Sales Executive for Agreement-Based Credit to promote and manage credit placements, develop commercial opportunities, and maintain appropriate client management. ALVCOM, a company composed of professionals from the financial and commercial sectors and a strategic partner of BCP, is currently seeking commercially oriented individuals to join as Agreement-Based Credit Executives – BCP, under a commission-based production model. Main Responsibilities: * Promote and manage agreement-based credit placements. * Contact and develop commercial opportunities with clients from your assigned portfolio. * Visit clients at various agreements and verify requirements for credit evaluation. * Conduct commercial follow-up and close transactions through to credit disbursement. * Maintain appropriate client and commercial opportunity management. Profile We Are Seeking: * Experience in selling financial products, intangible products, or direct sales. * Commercially oriented, proactive, and results-driven profile. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Personal laptop and internet access. * Availability to conduct field-based commercial activities. * Immediate availability to begin commercial activities. Salary: S/.724\.95 \- S/.2,468\.25 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Chiclayo, Lambayeque
