Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits At **SGE**, a leading logistics services company, we are looking for a highly organized and analytically capable **Inventory Analyst** to join our team. Your mission will be to ensure inventory accuracy, lead cyclical inventories, and optimize merchandise flow across our warehouses. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and supervise cyclical and comprehensive (wall\-to\-wall) inventories. * Analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies (surpluses and shortages). * Manage stock control within the company's WMS/ERP system. * Prepare management indicator reports (ERI, inventory accuracy, turnover). * Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and housekeeping procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles within logistics warehouses or distribution centers. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables and complex formulas) and warehouse management software (WMS). * **Residence:** Preferably residing in Chiclayo. * Willingness to travel. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one with all statutory benefits (General Regime). * Market-competitive salary \+ performance-based bonuses. * Career advancement opportunities in a rapidly expanding company. * Job stability and an excellent working environment.
