Management of requirements, quotations, and delivery tracking **Job Opening – LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** We are currently seeking a **Logistics Assistant** for our project located at the **Limón–Olmos Dam**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: training courses in logistics, warehousing, or procurement. * Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in equivalent roles within logistics or warehouse operations for construction, mining, industrial, or dredging projects—including procurement, inventory control, field warehouse management, supplier coordination, and supply of materials, equipment, spare parts, and PPE. * Availability to work under a **21x7** schedule. **Responsibilities** * Manage material, tool, and spare parts requisitions from operational departments. * Request quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative analysis tables. * Coordinate purchase orders prior to supervisor approval. * Track deliveries and dispatch timelines. * Monitor material inflow and outflow at the project warehouse. * Verify conformity upon receipt of equipment and supplies. * Conduct periodic physical inventory counts. * Manage fuel supply for project equipment. * Coordinate transportation of materials and personnel, as applicable. * Maintain minimum stock levels of critical consumables required for dredging operations. * Maintain physical and digital archives of logistics documentation. * Support PPE management for personnel. * Prepare weekly and monthly logistics management reports. * Comply with administrative, financial, and internal control guidelines. * Support other project-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** * Stability throughout the project duration. * A positive work environment. * Market-competitive remuneration.
