We are looking for a **Project Assistant** **On-site Mode \- Olmos, Peru.** **Responsibilities:** * Support planning, scheduling, execution, and supervision of construction work. * Provide support in managing and controlling progress and adherence to the construction schedule. * Support coordination and supervision of contractor personnel on site. * Support coordination and validation of work progress and approvals for completed tasks. * Support verification that all work complies with duly approved drawings. * Ensure compliance with established construction processes and protocols. * Support monitoring of work items executed by contractors. * Support all activities related to providing information for developing control plans. * Support review and validation of construction drawings. * Consolidate documentation and submit construction valuations to the supervisor for approval. * Support preparation of construction valuations. * Comply with and enforce provisions stipulated in standards, regulations, and documents of the Management System. * Implement correct use of management and control tools established by the organization. * Comply with guidelines and directives set forth by the Project Supervisor. * Other duties consistent with the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (MANDATORY) * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial refrigeration projects. * Solid knowledge of industrial refrigeration, quality management, and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health). * Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and Office at intermediate level. **Benefits** * SCTR. * Ongoing training. * Benefits via the BUK platform. * Participation in corporate events. * Career path.
