Description

Job Summary: Responsible for applying good manufacturing practices, inventory management, temperature control, and maintenance of warehouse cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Application of good manufacturing practices 2. Comprehensive management of supplies and Kardex maintenance 3. Temperature control and thorough cleaning of facilities 1. Compliance with and application of good manufacturing practices 2. Receiving of supplies 3. Dispatching supplies to production, after reviewing the requisition forms, which must include: requester, the department to which the delivery corresponds, the number of portions to be produced, and concluding with the appropriate receipt signature. 4. Kardex maintenance 5. Temperature control of freezing and refrigeration chambers 6. Cleaning: a. Daily: Organization and cleaning of all warehouse areas b. Daily: Washing and maintenance of crates c. Daily: Sweeping, mopping, and/or scrubbing of warehouse floors as required. d. Weekly: Cleaning and disinfection of all chambers. 7. Document filing and control: delivery guides, forms, and other documents issued by the quality control department.
