Job Summary: Student of Systems Engineering or related field to provide technical support, manage systems, log incidents, and support process digitalization, aiming for technological improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Provide basic technical support and system management 2. Support internal process automation and digitalization 3. Identify improvement opportunities through technological solutions **Responsibilities:** · Provide basic technical support to company users and teams. · Support the management and maintenance of systems, equipment, and technological tools. · Log and track IT incidents and requests. · Support user administration, access control, and technological resources. · Develop and update databases, reports, and indicators. · Participate in internal process automation and digitalization. · Identify improvement opportunities through technological solutions. · Support the implementation and use of new digital tools. · Prepare manuals and instructions for system usage. · Perform other activities related to the Systems area. **Requirements:** * Student in the final cycles of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of technical support and computer systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Knowledge of databases and information management tools. * Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or process automation is desirable. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity, organization, and willingness to learn. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
