




A textile company is seeking to fill the position of HR Assistant. Candidates must be professionals or technicians in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields, with experience in the operational management of the Human Resources area and knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. Provide support in personnel administration, payroll processing, social benefits, recruitment, and regulatory compliance, ensuring proper handling of employment-related information and employee well-being. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Personnel Administration** * Register employee onboarding, terminations, and personnel changes. * Update information in **T\-Registro** and **PLAME**. * Prepare, renew, and archive employment contracts and addendums. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files. **Payroll and Compensation** * Preparation and processing of weekly payroll. * Monitor attendance incidents, overtime hours, and leave requests. * Issue and deliver pay slips. * Support the preparation of social benefit settlements. **Social Benefits** * Monitor and record **CTS, bonuses, and vacations**. * Register medical leaves, permits, and subsidies. * Coordinate procedures with **EsSalud, AFP, and ONP**. **Attendance Control** * Manage attendance control systems. * Record tardiness, absences, and leave requests. * Report incidents to the area supervisor. **Recruitment and Selection** * Post job openings. * Coordinate interviews and assessments. * Support onboarding of new employees. **Legal Compliance** **Benefits:** * Payroll from day one * Statutory benefits * 50% food allowance coverage Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:20 a.m. to 6:41 p.m. Location: Santa Ines Street 125, Santa Rosa Urbanization, Ate, Lima Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
