Job Summary: We are seeking a relief guard to cover holidays at a building in Miraflores, responsible for access control, visitor registration, and maintaining order. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to serve residents and visitors **Gibson Investments**, a company dedicated to building and condominium management with over 15 years in the market, offers a holiday relief guard position at a building in Miraflores. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control building access. * Register visitors and announce their arrival. * Manage parking. * Address inquiries from residents or visitors. * Record incidents in the incident logbook. * Report daily incidents to supervisors. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area. * Register entry and exit of vendors upon prior authorization by residents or management. **Job Requirements:** * **Immediate availability — Monday to Saturday on weekly rotating shifts**, including holidays (double pay applies for holidays), subject to employer’s needs. * Ability to commute to the Miraflores district (near the intersection of Av. 28 de Julio and Av. Paseo de la República). * Prior experience in similar positions (mandatory). * Completion of all three doses of the COVID-19 vaccination. * No police, criminal, or judicial records. * Mandatory dress code: white shirt, formal trousers, and formal shoes. * Must be available to work on holidays. * Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented individual. **We Offer:** * Payment via honorarium receipt. * Remuneration: S/ 60.00 per shift worked. * Double pay for holidays worked. * Positive work environment **Important:** * Payments are made **monthly**, upon completion of all worked shifts.
