Focus on responsibility, punctuality, transparency, and proactivity **Job Description** Pressto Peru Laundry offers employment opportunities for the position of LAUNDRY OPERATOR; this position is available in the city of Chiclayo, Lambayeque. The role of a Laundry Operator at Pressto Peru comprises two main functions: **Production and Quality**. The areas in which a Laundry Operator works at Pressto include washing, ironing, garment reception and delivery, and quality control. We seek individuals who are, above all, responsible, punctual, transparent, honest, and proactive—regardless of prior experience, as **we provide comprehensive training to ensure efficient performance of duties.** **Responsibilities and Obligations:** * Operational: Follow established procedures set by the Pressto Laundry chain * Production: Achieve and maintain the production standards of the Pressto Laundry chain * Uphold company values, including punctuality, honesty, transparency, and teamwork **Work Schedule (48 hours per week, fixed shift):** * Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Monday through Saturday **Qualifications and Skills:** \* Good physical condition * Not allergic to dust, laundry products, or steam * Enjoys challenges with a competitive spirit * Ability to work effectively in a team * Charismatic, responsible, and above all, proactive **Benefits:** \* Base salary: S/. 1,200.00 * **Benefits:** * Become part of a team committed to customer satisfaction. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one under the MYPE regime. * Statutory Life Insurance * SCTR (Compulsory Occupational Risk Insurance) Please submit your CV with updated personal information, date of birth, and address (district or urbanization).
