The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire painting process, from thorough surface preparation to the application of specialized techniques and high-end finishes. This role is essential to delivering flawless final results that exceed our residential and commercial clients’ expectations. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * **Master Surface Preparation (The Foundation of Quality):** Perform comprehensive preparation of all surfaces: complete protection of floors and furniture, cleaning, sanding, and removal of old paint. * **Repair all types of imperfections:** Professional filling of cracks, fissures, and holes. * Perform full patching of walls and ceilings to achieve completely smooth and uniform surfaces, ready for high-quality finishes. * Apply special treatments such as anti-moisture sealers, anti-salt agents, and primers according to the needs of each surface. * **Professional Paint Application:** Apply interior and exterior paint (facades, walls, railings) using various techniques (brush, roller) to achieve perfect, mark-free coverage. * **General Operations:** Calculate necessary materials required for each project. * Advise clients on color selection, paint types, and finishes based on environment and usage. * Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times, before, during, and after the project. * Comply with safety regulations, properly using personal protective equipment (PPE). * Coordinate work with other specialists (drywall, electricians) to ensure efficient workflow in renovation projects. ***Job Requirements:*** * **Education and Experience:** Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable professional painting experience, with a focus on high-quality finishes. * **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** Mastery of Preparation: Expert in filling, patching, and sanding techniques.
