Inspect equipment and identify anomalies At Alupar Perú, we are a multinational leader in the development and construction of power transmission line projects. We are currently seeking an Operation and Maintenance Assistant for our Transmisora Costa Norte project. **Requirements:** * Must hold a technical degree in industrial electricity or electro-technology; or a bachelor’s degree in electrical or electromechanical engineering. * Knowledge of electrical maintenance, thermography, corona imaging, power systems, protection systems, and high voltage. * 1 to 2 years or more of experience in the electric sector for electric power transmission systems, specifically in substation and transmission line operation and/or maintenance. * Highly desirable to reside in Lambayeque **Responsibilities:** * Carry out substation operation and maintenance activities to ensure asset availability. * Respond to Control Center requests regarding equipment failures and loss of supervision, and execute maneuvers from the substation. * Strictly comply with communication protocols, instructions, coordination with the Control Center, and avoid operational errors. * Inspect equipment at assigned substations and transmission lines to identify undesirable conditions or anomalies, perform preliminary fault analysis and equipment condition assessment. * Ensure effective execution of scheduled maintenance work by contractors, aligned with defined work programs and plans.
