We seek a results-oriented individual capable of managing high-demand restaurants, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage staff effectively in high-pressure environments. Responsibilities * Supervise and ensure the restaurant's operational efficiency. * Lead, organize, and supervise staff across all departments. * Monitor management indicators, sales, costs, and productivity. * Verify compliance with quality, service, and customer service standards. * Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, leave requests, and operational needs. * Manage supply procurement and coordinate with suppliers. * Supervise cash reconciliations, deposits, and administrative controls. * Address and resolve operational incidents, complaints, and contingencies. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize restaurant processes. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and internal regulations. Requirements * Minimum of **3 years of experience as a Restaurant Administrator**. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, performance indicators, and personnel management. * Proficiency in computer tools and report generation. * Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Leadership, effective communication, organization, and results orientation.
