As we are constantly growing, we seek to incorporate talent that brings professionalism and commitment to our organization. **Position Purpose:** Implement and execute SSOMA programs, controls, and procedures, actively participating in field activities to ensure risk prevention, environmental care, and occupational health and safety of personnel. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute the SSOMA Management System at site or project level. * Support inspections, IPERC, AST, and work permits. * Conduct preventive observations and follow up on findings. * Participate in incident investigations and prepare reports. * Execute the annual operational training program. * Verify proper use of PPE and safe working conditions. * Manage documentation for project entry. * Coordinate inductions and client requirements. * Monitor SSOMA indicators and report them weekly and/or monthly. * Supervise environmental compliance (waste, spills, chemical usage). * Accompany critical activities: working at height, lifting operations, confined space entry, etc. * Promote compliance with the Internal Regulations on Safety and Health at Work. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Industrial, Environmental, Mining, Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Professional license and registration. * Specialization in SSOMA (minimum 120 hours). * Minimum experience: **2 years** in SSOMA roles. * Knowledge of Peruvian safety and environmental regulations. * Desired experience in mining or industrial sectors. **Special Conditions:** * Availability for fieldwork. * Rotating shifts according to project requirements. * Strict adherence to client standards.
