Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering. * Two years of experience preferred. * Proficiency in Excel. * Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or others). * Organizational, analytical, and tracking capabilities. * Excellent communication and writing skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. Responsibilities * Coordinate tracking across different company departments. * Prepare reports and KPIs for management. * Supervise task and schedule compliance. * Propose and implement process improvements. * Apply AI tools to optimize productivity. Salary: Starting from S/.1,150\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
