If you seek an opportunity to demonstrate leadership, ensure flawless operations, and join a growing brand, this could be your chance! **What will you do as Store Manager?** * Deliver warm, personalized customer service focused on providing the best experience for every family. * Manage the sales team to achieve efficient, results-driven operations. * Oversee achievement of monthly targets, as well as inventory, stock, and product display control. * Coordinate restocking, product rotation, store organization, and visual presentation. * Plan staff schedules and shifts, ensuring adequate coverage throughout the day. * Conduct daily cash reconciliation and support sales management and reporting to management. **What are we looking for?** * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in similar roles** (store manager, supervisor, or store administrator, preferably in fashion or retail). * Intermediate Excel skills and basic knowledge of performance metrics (sales, average transaction value, turnover, etc.). * Ability to lead, motivate, and guide teams toward results. * Passion for fashion, attention to detail, and customer service. **We offer** * **Competitive salary** aligned with the local market \+ **performance- and target-based bonuses.** * The opportunity to join a growing Peruvian company with a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
