We are experiencing continuous growth and expansion; therefore, we seek to incorporate a proactive, responsible, and service-oriented female candidate into our team to perform public-facing customer service duties. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve customers in person, identifying their needs. * Assist in issuing payment receipts (invoices/receipts). * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper product display in the sales area. * Promote new products and commercial campaigns via social media. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Technical degree (technical studies preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in customer service or sales. * **Knowledge:** Customer service, basic sales, cash handling (preferred). **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break). * Compensation: S/ 1200 up to S/ 1500\. * Contract type: MYPE payroll (benefits as per law). **Work Location:** Avenida España 2103 – José Leonardo Ortiz – Chiclayo.
