Professional growth path and pleasant work environment. **DATA ANALYST AND PROCESS CONTROL ANALYST** **Plant: Ferreñafe** **Molino Latino**, a leading agro-industrial company in the rice sector, within the context of its sustained growth and strengthening of control systems and decision-making capabilities, is seeking a highly analytical professional, results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement, to join our team. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Analyze, structure, and monitor the mill’s operational, production, and financial information by implementing control and tracking tools that enable process optimization, reduction of deviations, and improvement of managerial decision-making. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design, implement, and manage control dashboards (Advanced Excel, Power BI or other tools). * Analyze key production indicators: yield, losses, reprocessing, operating times, line efficiency (drying, milling, grading, bagging). * Control inventories (paddy rice, milled rice, by-products), reconciling data among system, ledger, and physical counts. * Prepare periodic managerial reports (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Identify deviations in production processes and propose corrective actions. * Monitor operational costs per stage of the production process. * Participate in process improvement and standardization (flowcharts, internal controls). * Validate information recorded in systems (production, procurement, sales, warehouse). * Support internal and external audits (SUNAT, financial audit, internal control). * Coordinate with production, warehouse, accounting, and commercial departments to ensure information traceability. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, management control, or production processes (experience in the agro-industrial or manufacturing sector preferred). * Advanced proficiency in **Excel (mandatory)**. * Proficiency in **Power BI or other visualization tools (preferred)**. * Knowledge of management indicators (KPIs), process control, and cost analysis. * Experience handling databases and information reconciliation. * Strong analytical ability, logical judgment, and problem-solving orientation. **COMPETENCIES** * High level of numerical analysis * Critical thinking * Results orientation * Orderliness and rigor in information handling * Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement * Ability to work under pressure **WHAT WE OFFER** * Formal employment registration in accordance with Peruvian labor law * Market-competitive remuneration * Professional growth path * Direct participation in operational decision-making * Pleasant work environment **APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS** Interested candidates should send their updated CV to: **hr@grupoalcarraz.com** Subject line: **Data Analyst and Process Control Analyst – Molino Latino** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
