New job opportunity! At Grow Talent Perú, we are looking for personnel to fill the position of Sales Representative for our client, a well-known pharmaceutical distributor in Chiclayo. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct direct, face-to-face sales of medicines and pharmaceutical products to clients within the assigned portfolio, adhering to commercial policies and current sector regulations. * Manage client collections, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and promptly reporting any delays or incidents. * Carry out commercial visits both within and outside Chiclayo, according to the assigned territory, guaranteeing timely coverage and customer service. * Plan and organize weekly visit routes, optimizing time, travel, and frequency of customer contact in coordination with the immediate supervisor. * Record and report daily visits, negotiations, orders, and commercial results using the company’s designated systems and formats. * Achieve individual sales targets, contributing to the department’s overall commercial objectives. * Keep the geolocation system active during working hours, in accordance with the company’s control, tracking, and security guidelines. * Maintain professional, ethical, and service-oriented business relationships, fostering customer loyalty and repeat purchases. * Comply with internal policies, operational procedures, and company-established safety standards. * Perform other duties as assigned.
