Job Description: Lead, coordinate, and control all operational, administrative, and commercial activities of the store, ensuring efficient operations, business profitability, and a high standard of customer service. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise daily store operations (opening, closing, and service). * Lead and coordinate the work team. * Manage cash handling, daily sales, and income/expenses. * Submit administrative and commercial reports. * Oversee inventory, stock levels, and orders. * Ensure compliance with protocols, BPM (Best Practices Manual), and internal regulations. * Execute promotions and commercial strategies. * Handle customer complaints and ensure an excellent customer experience. * Propose operational improvements. Minimum Requirements: * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Gastronomy, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a store or restaurant supervisor or manager. Knowledge: * Cash management and POS systems. * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Inventory and order management. * Customer service and complaint resolution. * Management of operational staff. * BPM and food handling hygiene (preferred).
