Management of security personnel **Security Manager – Chiclayo (Reque)** **Job Objective** Ensure comprehensive security for the company’s facilities, personnel, and assets through implementation and supervision of security protocols, access control, and risk prevention. **Requirements** \- Former member of police force, armed forces, or similar security entities. \- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in corporate security, projects, or industrial facilities. \- Knowledge of risk management, access control, and security protocols. \- Management of security personnel. \- Availability to work in Chiclayo – Reque. **Responsibilities** \- Supervise and coordinate the company’s security team. \- Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent incidents. \- Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, and suppliers. \- Manage prevention plans, emergency response, and contingency measures. \- Coordinate with local authorities when required. \- Prepare incident reports and risk assessments.
