Propose improvements to logistics and internal control processes **Don Shalo** continues strengthening its organizational structure and is seeking a Warehouse Manager who ensures proper supply, control, and management of resources required for the operation of our stores. We seek an organized, responsible, and control-oriented individual capable of ensuring the efficiency of logistics and storage processes within a continuously growing company. * Work location: Chiclayo * Payroll enrollment from day one (Microenterprise) * Working hours: 48 hours per week **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise central warehouse operations. * Control the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, raw materials, and supplies. * Ensure proper product rotation and compliance with storage standards. * Conduct periodic inventories and ensure stock reliability. * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, losses, and waste. * Coordinate timely supply to the company’s various stores. * Supervise supplier deliveries and verify conformity of received products. * Prepare inventory, consumption, and warehouse movement reports. * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and organization. * Propose improvements to logistics and internal control processes. **Required Profile** ✔ Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. ✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. ✔ Prior experience in restaurants, food service chains, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods companies is desirable. ✔ Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, supply, and logistics. ✔ Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. ✔ Experience conducting physical inventories and stock controls. ✔ Ability to lead operational staff. ✔ High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. ✔ Current residence in Chiclayo city (mandatory).
