This professional will be responsible for directing SSOMA management for the industrial services performed by the company, ensuring compliance with safety standards, client requirements, and proper documentation preparation prior to work commencement. We seek a candidate with strong field presence, decision-making capability, operational leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement. This position is on-site, located in Motupe, involving industrial services and maintenance projects. Main Responsibilities * Lead SSOMA management for the operation. * Supervise industrial work and critical field activities. * Develop, update, and control IPERC matrices. * Draft written safe work procedures (PETS). * Review and validate ATS, PETAR, and work permits. * Maintain the SSOMA document management system up to date. * Organize documentation using digital platforms (Drive and internal tools). * Coordinate personnel access documentation for plant entry. * Verify compliance with client standards. * Conduct safety inspections. * Lead safety talks, trainings, and preventive campaigns. * Prepare SSOMA reports and indicators. * Manage corrective and preventive actions. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in SSOMA within industrial operations, maintenance, or projects. * Experience leading operational staff. * Knowledge of: * Law No. 29783\. * Occupational Safety and Health Regulation. * Standard G.050\. * IPERC. * ATS. * PETAR. * Critical work activities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Personal Competencies * Leadership. * Organization. * Punctuality. * Responsibility. * Proactivity. * Problem-solving ability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Results orientation.
