




**Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields. \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or financial management. \- Knowledge in administrative and financial management. \- Knowledge of basic labor and tax legislation. \- Experience in budget preparation and control. \- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools. \- Inventory control and document management. **Main Responsibilities:** **\-** Supervise and coordinate the company's administrative, accounting, financial, and logistical activities. \- Prepare and monitor the operational and financial budget. \- Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with administrative procedures. \- Manage human resources: attendance tracking, contracts, benefits, and workplace environment. \- Supervise the proper issuance and recording of accounting and administrative documents. \- Ensure compliance with the company's tax, labor, and legal obligations. \- Manage cash flow and control payments and collections. \- Support strategic decision-making by providing reliable and timely information. \- Evaluate and optimize internal processes to improve operational efficiency. \- Represent the company before public or private entities when required.
