Marketing Assistant – Chiclayo **Talent Castillo Consultora** is looking for a **Marketing Assistant** to join a well-known company located in **Chiclayo**. We seek a creative, proactive, and committed individual aligned with the company’s objectives, capable of developing content, communication proposals, and strategies to strengthen the organization’s digital presence. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and produce high-impact proposals and presentations. * Create digital content, scripts, and ideas according to client proposals and needs. * Record and edit content for publication across various digital platforms. * Stay updated on digital trends and develop innovative proposals. * Coordinate with different company departments for content validation and approval. * Coordinate with collaborators to finalize deliverables. * Research and stay updated on digital platform management. * Prepare reports and analyze traffic and social media behavior metrics as well as active campaign performance, proposing continuous improvement actions. Requirements * Creative individual committed to achieving company objectives. * Technical or university education: **Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree**. * Professionals in **Communication Sciences, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields**. * Proficiency in design software such as **Corel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva**. * Minimum **6 months** of experience in related roles. * Advanced-level proficiency in computer tools. * Availability to work in **Chiclayo**. * Must have no police or criminal records.
