We seek individuals who enjoy cooking, pay attention to details, and work quickly without compromising quality. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare food and desserts following standardized recipes. * Perform mise en place before the start of each shift. * Plate dishes carefully, focusing on aesthetic presentation and portion control. * Meet production timelines during peak hours. * Comply with food hygiene and handling protocols. * Monitor ingredient rotation (FIFO) and product freshness. * Minimize waste and spoilage. * Operate kitchen equipment correctly. * Coordinate orders with the front-of-house team. * Assist with inventory when required. * Report shortages or incidents. * Maintain continuous cleanliness and order in the kitchen area. * Participate in deep cleaning of the kitchen area. * Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed technical or university education in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchens, cafés, or restaurants. * Basic knowledge of GMP / food handling. * Ability to work under pressure. * Organization, responsibility, and punctuality. * Teamwork skills.
