Job Summary: Protect facilities, personnel, and assets by ensuring compliance with security protocols and risk prevention measures, conducting surveillance, and reporting incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive protection and security for facilities and personnel 2. Access control and surveillance, including monitoring of security systems 3. Support in evacuation procedures and emergency management **Security Agent** **Job Objective** Provide protection and security for company facilities, personnel, customers, and assets, ensuring compliance with security protocols and risk prevention measures. **Main Responsibilities** * Control the entry and exit of staff, customers, and suppliers. * Conduct surveillance patrols inside and outside the facilities. * Report incidents, suspicious situations, or emergencies. * Ensure compliance with internal security policies. * Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems. * Support evacuation and emergency response procedures. * Record incidents and occurrences in the logbook or control system. * Provide courteous guidance and assistance to visitors and colleagues. **Requirements** **Education** * Completed secondary education. * Security training course or private security certification preferred. **Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a security agent, guard, or in similar roles. * Experience in companies, hotels, restaurants, retail, or condominiums is preferred. **Knowledge** * Access control and surveillance. * Emergency protocol management. * Basic first aid (preferred). * Use of CCTV cameras and security systems (preferred).
