Position Summary: We are seeking an Emergency Nursing Specialist to provide comprehensive, humanized, and professional care, effectively assessing and treating patients in critical conditions. Comprehensive nursing care in the Shock Trauma Unit **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide timely and efficient care during admission, in-hospital treatment, and discharge, with warmth, humanization, and professionalism. 1\. Comply with biosafety standards, clinical guidelines, functional manuals, and procedures specific to the Emergency Department. 2\. Effectively and rapidly assess, treat, and evaluate human responses generated by diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures in the Emergency Department. 3\. Establish an effective therapeutic relationship with patients in the Emergency Department. 4\. Provide comprehensive specialty nursing care to patients in emergency situations within the Shock Trauma Unit. 5\. Operate diagnostic and treatment equipment—including cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and cardiac defibrillators—in the Emergency Department. 6\. Request and maintain updated, organized, and controlled stock of work materials and supplies. 7\. Use medical environments, equipment, and instruments diligently, ensuring their maintenance and operational readiness. 8\. Provide health counseling to patients and their families. 9\. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. 10\.
