Job Summary: Process analyst responsible for diagnosing operations, implementing continuous improvements, and ensuring documentary integrity, serving as a strategic liaison between Quality and Operations. Key Highlights: 1. ISO standards experience is a plus 2. Lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions 3. Serve as a strategic liaison between Quality and Operations \-Bachelor's degree. \- Knowledge of **ISO Standards (required training).** **Responsibilities:** · **Operational Diagnosis:** Analyze current workflows to identify technical deviations and propose process redesigns that enhance productivity. · **Management Control:** Monitor and report key compliance and operational performance indicators, transforming data into actionable insights for decision-making. · **Documentary Assurance:** Validate the integrity of technical and operational files, ensuring supporting documentation meets the most stringent audit requirements. · **Continuous Improvement Management:** Lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and facilitate optimization methodologies with field teams. · **Strategic Liaison:** Act as the technical point of contact between the Quality and Operations departments to resolve critical service/product incidents.
