Responsibilities: - Evaluate fruit parameters at each stage, field, shift, lot, and assigned variety, complying with the daily schedule established by the immediate supervisor. - Record and upload information obtained from scheduled daily evaluations, according to the defined calendar. - Issue immediate alerts when any fruit parameter falls outside established ranges, enabling timely crop intervention. - Properly use and maintain materials employed in scheduled evaluations. - Evaluate physicochemical parameters in field-installed trials for validation of new products and technologies.
