We provide sustainable employment opportunities and are currently seeking top talent to fill this position: TELEOPERATOR: Manage call flow and/or text message dispatch via the CRM platform, using the database provided by the immediate supervisor and shared by user departments (e.g., absenteeism, zone leaders, satisfaction surveys, etc.). Follow communication protocols, applying the welcome speech, call development, and closing, maintaining a courteous, professional, and clear tone in every conversation with employees. Route inquiries and requests received via telephone calls to the immediate supervisor, ensuring proper registration and subsequent forwarding to the relevant departments. Prepare reports on conducted calls and record information in a database to ensure status remains up-to-date and accessible for tracking. Identify areas for improvement contributing to optimal service delivery and detect emerging needs, aiming to deliver short-term solutions to employees of Agrovision Perú S.A.C. Requirements: Technical or university graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Support, Marketing, Public Relations, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields. 1 to 3 months of work experience. Knowledge and proficiency in negotiation skills and emotional management. Knowledge of results-oriented sales strategies and verbal fluency at all levels.
